Beta Testing Terms of Service — Bliscy24
Last updated: 1 September 2026
This is a translation of the original Polish-language terms of service. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version at bliscy24.pl/regulamin is authoritative.
1. General provisions
- These terms of service set out the rules for using the Bliscy24 app during its beta testing phase.
- The tester program is organized by Mateusz Grzybek, kontakt@bliscy24.pl.
- Participation in testing is voluntary and free of charge.
2. Nature of the test version
- The app is under active development. Features may operate unstably, contain errors, or change without prior notice.
- The beta version of the app does not replace professional medical care or emergency alarm systems certified for emergency use. The SOS feature and medication reminders are supportive in nature — in any situation involving a threat to life or health, always use the emergency number 112.
- The organizer is not liable for damages resulting from failures, errors, or unavailability of the app during the testing period.
3. Participation rules
- A tester may be any person who has received an invitation from the organizer and has accepted these terms of service and the privacy policy.
- During testing, it is recommended that testers not enter real, sensitive medical data of third parties without their explicit consent — using test data wherever possible is recommended, particularly during the early testing phase.
- A tester may withdraw from testing at any time by deleting their account in the app.
4. Reporting bugs and feedback
- Testers are asked to report any bugs and comments encountered via the „Report a problem” feature available in the app, or by email to kontakt@bliscy24.pl.
- Reports may be used to further develop the app.
5. Personal data
The rules governing the processing of testers’ personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy, available at: bliscy24.pl/en/polityka-prywatnosci.
6. End of testing
- The organizer may end the beta testing phase at any time, notifying testers accordingly.
- After testing ends, testers’ data will be processed in accordance with the version of the privacy policy in force at the app’s full public launch, of which testers will be notified.
